The Effect of Tool Path Strategy on Twist Behavior In Single Point Incremental Sheet Metal Forming

In Incremental sheet metal forming process, one important step is to produce tool path, an accurate path of the main challenge incremental process. Various factors should be considered prior generation i.e. mechanical properties metal, holding mechanism, speed, feed rate and size. this work investigation studies have been carried out find different strategies control twist effect in final product manufactured by single point (SPIF), adaptive strategy was proposed examined for several Aluminum conical models. The comparison with conventional iso planar helical paths shows that there no twisting model when using while are clearly observed measured both When 80 110mm depth cup. time has its less than 8.7 %from cup 50mm 8.91%
